Founder and visionary behind Ritz Holdings, Lusungu is a legal and corporate strategist with over 15 years of experience. He holds a degree from the University of Malawi and Harvard Law School (Exec Ed). He is also a Certified Arbitrator and Managing Partner of Ritz Attorneys, Malawi's largest law firm. His leadership has positioned Ritz as a national beacon of innovation, ethics, and enterprise.

An ACCA Affiliate and digital finance leader, Mphatso has steered Ritz through fiscal transformation. With experience across banking, telecoms, oil & gas, and NGOs, he delivers financial transparency, risk management, and strategic budgeting across the Group.

An experienced leader responsible for overseeing the company's operational processes, and ensuring an effective and smooth business operation.

An economist and investment expert, James drives the Group's commercial strategy. He has a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience with organizations like the World Bank and MITC. He leads business growth, market expansion, and investment mobilization.

A governance and compliance expert responsible for legal oversight and board advisory functions. She is a law graduate from the Catholic University of Malawi and plays a pivotal role in maintaining Ritz's regulatory and ethical integrity.
